Im curious but has anyone else had this establishment serve them alchol and then call the Castelton Police anonymously on them? SEEM EVIL TO ME. I hear the same people own the Barrow house in Dorset.

Landlover steak was exceptional! Beautiful sunset! Nice that they had fire pit tables for when the sun went down.

Wonderful food, great staff, beautiful setting. Friends we brought for the first time loved it. See you next year for sure. Love it

Atmosphere can't be beat. Pull the boat up or drive. It's a gem of a location. The food is over priced but maybe that's what you need to pay for the view. Corn and turkey chowder was good but not $14 good. Beef tacos were un inspiriring for $28. But they have 14th Star Maple Breakfast Stout, which is one of the best Vermont made beers you can get. The music was two clicks to loud but the server was very friendly and food and drinks came quickly. Overall it's a don't miss if you're on lake Bomo.l

The outdoor location on the lake was beautiful BUT the food was terrible. Tacos had a weird flavor and the meat was barely cooked. Go here for drinks and the view but don't eat here.

Our 1st time here and we had a great experience.
There was Live music of Mark & Clark and they were awesome 🎶
The lake side seats were so relaxing and we had a Fire Table that kept us warm.

The drinks were made perfectly and we had Egg Plant Fries & fish/ chips!

Everything thing was so good and the service was awesome Melissa was the best!

We will be back!!

We sat just a few feet from the water, with a gorgeous view and a fabulous sunset. Reminiscent of the Lakes District in Italy. Attentive and caring wait staff. Great food and cold beer. Coulda stayed for hours and enjoyed the ambience.

Food was pretty good, only issue I had and I was just discussing it with my friend at the table front another place I went. ordered a Caesar salad, it was definitely enough for two people and it was an appetizer,I got three bites in and all of a sudden my hamburger comes out and we both said the kitchen must of heard me. you really need to give time between appetizers and meals.

The lake house is a great place to just chill and enjoy good food and drink. They have dining lake side weather permitting. And live music sometimes. I've always enjoyed myself when I've been in the area.

Absolutely incredible experience! My wife had the Key Lime Pie cocktail and even though I don’t usually like key lime, it was amazing. Our entrées were delicious and the perfect size to leave room for dessert. The Crème Brûlée Donut with ice cream blew us away — truly one of a kind. Staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations, and the sunset views over the lake made dinner unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It was beautiful. We sat on the water and it was such a great setting and a guy was playing guitar and singing. Cake for dinner and saw the sun set. Food was delicious. Really a great place to have a meal. Loved seeing all the people coming and going on their boats to dine here.

The food was just ok The service was just ok They served my beer in the can and did not offer a glass They offered two dips for the calamari and I had to ask twice for the marinara The ambiance was nice, but did not make up for the mediocre food and service Most likely will not go back

We went to the Lake House Pub to hear my friend sing on August 21. We made a reservation for 6 three days ahead, requesting that we would be seated close to the singer. When we arrived, we were seated at the last table, furthest away from my friend. Over the two hours we were there, several tables closer to the singer NEVER had anyone seated at them. Plus, my chair was at the edge of the floor, a few inches from falling off the edge onto the rocks below with no railing. We paid $300 for sandwiches and a few drinks. This place is a rip off whose only concern is your credit card being approved. I will NEVER go to the Lakehouse Pub, Bomoseen, VT again. Take my advise. Stay away.
