This location has its online ordering off more often than not when I want to place an order, I swear it's 8 or 9 times out of 10 I go to place an order. Food is okay when I actually get to place an order. Never have trouble ordering on the app from the Charlestown but that's usually the opposite direction I'm heading.
This is your typical subway located within a convenience store. They don’t seem to have fountain drinks so getting a “meal” isn’t an option. Also occasionally when they only have one person on duty they may take a break which makes ordering online temporarily unavailable.
Normally love this place, never had a complaint but today there was one woman who was so rude and wasn't listening to me or my husband when we did our orders then was talking crap under her breath about us to her coworker. Props to the younger coworker for patiently fixing that womans mistakes for us. Then I get stale bread and luckily a 3rd woman was willing to fix it for me. Parts were still stale on the remake but I understabd end of day but maybe check if your bread is...
