I had several last-minute changes, and Ian was gracious with every change. I would not hesitate to hold another event there in the future. Food was excellent, atmosphere (we had 1/2 of the Helios room) was perfect, and Luke (the person assigned to serve us) was so attentive and provided outstanding service.
