First time stopping in today and the owner was super cool and easy to talk to. He gave me great recommendations on protein powders based on how I use them and even threw in some free samples to try. On top of that, he makes an amazing smoothie. 10/10—this will definitely be my new go-to spot.

Long time customer. I love that they offer smoothie options with low sugar and high protien. It is very difficult to find that. They also have a great variety of quality protien powder and have always been able to listen to what I was looking for to help me find a powder that was right for me. Friendly and knowledgeable a staff at both locations.
This place is the best for supplements, they carry the highest quality of items that others don't or even just a good smoothie an talk with Ryan the owner. Very knowledgeable staff about anything you may have questions about when it comes to fitness & health!
