The Nest has become my favorite place to get a maple latte so far in Vermont. Not only is it the most reasonably priced, but the best tasting coffee I’ve found as well. The pastries we’ve tried there have been good. Wish they had full breakfast sandwiches too!

Been here a handful of times but honestly not much makes me want to come back. Barista working was really nice but really couldn’t make a latte, it was over steamed/had like 3 inches of dry foam and when I asked for it to be remade the other person working remade it but didn’t seem to understand what the issue was. She said she knew it came out wrong but gave it to me anyway. Also every time I have come here, it is so loud, much louder than necessary— always having full volume conversations behind the counter which is normal but just not sure why it’s always so noisy in here compared to any other cafe.
They don’t have mugs/for here dishes which is kind of a bummer. Also no AC on a hot humid day, also kind of a bummer and made me want to leave while I was trying to just drink my coffee and read.

Incredible espresso drinks and yummy pastries in a cozy atmosphere with great music. Even better than all of this is the impeccable service. During my last visit, I was in a rush and left my wallet behind. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until 8 pm when I was all the way back home and well over 2 hours away. I called the next morning and arranged for a friend to pick it up. I don't check my Facebook messages very often because afterwards I saw that there was a message from Annabelle at the Nest letting me know that she found my wallet, with a sweet note and a picture. I cannot believe that this kind and considerate staff member took the time to find me on Facebook. I guess I should start checking my messages more often. Either way I know I won't be getting coffee anywhere else when I'm in town.

The owner came in while my mother and I were having coffee. Mother wanted to take coffee for a friend back with her. The owner roasted a little extra for a little longer just for her to take back. Thank you so much! Her friend was thrilled!! I highly recommend this place. Wonderful people!!

You can expect a tasty coffee selection with options if milk and you don't abide, many pastries and such and a quiet, friendly energy with lots of cool VT and coffee themed decor. Nice place to sip and be, or think. Paved parking beside the building/tracks and behind, or on Park Street. Outdoor seating and bike repair station right outside for nicer weather. Sister to FIreBird Cafe right next door if you crave lunch options. Requires a few steps up to the door.

Despite there not being a boba tea option, they have a simple menu with a few seasonal options. Hoping for a gingerbread to come soon on the list. They did have some flaky baked treats to tempt the taste buds. Great atmosphere to hang out and devise the next brainstorm.
