Extremely poor customer service. You've been in business for over 40 years and haven't figured out yet how to plan for weekends so you don't run out of bread and sub rolls? Really? That's a pretty basic thing for a SUB SHOP!!!! And then for your counter/wait staff to be rude, nasty, and ugly to customers about it on top of that? unacceptable. Do better. As if that wasn't bad enough, your sub rolls are stale and fall apart. And you can't compensate for poor quality by simply overstuffing...read full review
