What a Gem! The owners are just delightful and have created a beautiful atmosphere in the bistro. The food was melt in your mouth delicious! Cannot wait to see the dinner menu- and I know where we will be ordering special pastries, desserts, and scones from. A must!!!
Ruby's Bistro & Bakery is a delightful bistro & bakery located in Fair Haven. It is an excellent spot for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, they offer delicious crepes, some of the best. The bistro also serves other tasty dishes such as crab cakes, mussels, and pork entrees. The portions are generous, and the flavors are rich and satisfying. The bathrooms are clean, and the service is friendly, making it a great place for a quiet and enjoyable meal. They also offer a variety of to-go pastries for customers to enjoy later. The crepes are equal to or better than crepes from Quebec City. The menu is varied and should satisfy anyone.
