What a cool spot! We stopped in for breakfast burritos before hitting the road. We were greeted promptly at the window & received our burritos freshly made to order within minutes! Takeout only at this time so we enjoyed them in the car. Just delicious with really good sausage (not the frozen link kind!!). Would definitely recommend.

We loved this place! I’ve driven by a number of times when it was closed and always wantedTo try it! It didn’t disappoint! The food was fast and delish, and we loved sitting in the bus dining room! Our friend was visiting from France and also really enjoyed the unique experience!

What’s not to love? The shrimp tacos are made of some of the best shrimp I’ve ever tasted — hot, juicy, tender; flavorful! Grilled to perfection. The kick to the still siracha sour cream? Just right to justify this author’s “yes! I do like spicy foods!” Red, ripe tomatoes make up the pico de gallo and the cilantro is copious. I kept looking for the weak link… but the fresh pineapple garnish was ripened to perfection. The French fries lived up to my (very high) standards. The work that goes into the goofy, beautiful, free wheeling aesthetic of the outdoor space (I hesitate to call it “landscaping”… it’s so much more than that!) calls to mind favorite celebratory places with great food and great people: Key West, Provincetown, Duvall street. Eat at Brad’s!

Fantastic spot. We found this place randomly after hiking down and out Queechee gorge. We were starving. Our group had the salmon sandwich, burger, and fish tacos with a few sides. Everything was delicious. And the atmosphere can't be beat.

Brad never disappoints. Today our lunch of fish & chips and falafel sandwich were delish! It was a lovely day to sit “truckside” and take in some sun and tunes. A must stop in Quechee VT
This food truck was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and the setting is very unique.

When we arrived we witnessed the girl at the register masterfully handle an extremely rude couple. They for some reason couldn't believe 4 orders of salmon plus soups and salads made to order would take 20 minutes. After dealing calmly with their very cold/impatient behavior (yelling through the window thay they didn't have all the time in the world, for example), she was very kind and professional with us and took our order for chicken piccata which was delicious.Make sure you call ahead your order to this awesome place for take out. We were driving by and saw they were open so we swung in to grab a quick bite and they let us know they prefer a call ahead for food orders for next time.

Great food!! Loved the coconut curry slaw. Burger was awesome, very tasty. Fries were thinner fries perfectly fried. Loved the atmosphere. All the art and decorations around the food truck. Places to sit. Greatfind on our leafpeeping journey in Vermont. The line went quickly and the food did not take long to come out.
