We loved this place! I’ve driven by a number of times when it was closed and always wantedTo try it! It didn’t disappoint! The food was fast and delish, and we loved sitting in the bus dining room! Our friend was visiting from France and also really enjoyed the unique experience!
What’s not to love? The shrimp tacos are made of some of the best shrimp I’ve ever tasted — hot, juicy, tender; flavorful! Grilled to perfection. The kick to the still siracha sour cream? Just right to justify this author’s “yes! I do like spicy foods!” Red, ripe tomatoes make up the pico de gallo and the cilantro is copious. What a cool spot! We stopped in for breakfast burritos before hitting the road. We were greeted promptly at the window & received our burritos freshly made to order within minutes! Takeout only at this time so we enjoyed them in the car. Just delicious with really good sausage (not the frozen link kind!!). Would definitely recommend.
