I go here a lot they always take so long to make simple orders and consistently forget parts of the order. Today I went and ordered a bacon egg and cheese along with a donut and two drinks. The donut and drinks were out however we stayed 20 minutes after they came out bacon egg and cheese still wasn't out so we just left.
Drive through!
I mobile ordered donuts for a walk in pickup 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived at the location, the donuts were not on the pickup counter so I inquired about them after the rush had cleared out. I was met with a VERY rude elderly lady who told me “you placed them for drive thru - this is walk in”.
