Beautiful restaurant, delicious authentic food, and great service. Fair prices make this a perfect choice I go back to again and again.

Incredible gem at the border of VT and NH. Every dish is impeccable and so tasty - leaves you wanting more. Highly recommend the eggplant - wow. The layers of tastes in that dish is nothing I’ve encountered before.

Had such a lovely experience eating breakfast this morning. Our server, Zack, was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was delicious and perfectly spiced. I can’t wait to be back in Vermont and to return to Tuckerbox.

My boyfriend and I had our first date here. Met online and met at Tuckerbox for our first meet and had a great lunch! Friendly people, great atmosphere, and amazing food (my first time trying this kind of food). We have decided to go back every year for the anniversary of our first date. Can't wait till June to make the drive back there to eat some great food!

This continues to be such a great restaurant. The food is amazing and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend the Pachanga Borek as an appetizer.

We were rather disappointed with the long time it took for our food to be served and the slow response of our server. The food is good but the portions less than generous, considering that the prices are high. What really irked me is that they now add a fee for payment with a credit card. On top of this our family was automatically charged a 20% tip which the waiter neglected to mention. Very frustrating!

We stopped in here on a whim for lunch and I am glad we did. The hostess asked if we had reservations (we did not), apparently that is a good idea because they are normally much busier at 1pm when we arrived, but she was easily able to seat my husband and I.
Honestly, I was hoping to have a soup of some type but there was none available on the menu so I opted for the chicken salad Sandwich (didn't seem a very Turkish fare), but it was good...although the Sandwich needed more chicken salad to offset the thick Texas toast; there really was very little on the Sandwich.
My husband had their PLT, a sandwich that had more substance to it (there was more bacon on it than there was chicken on my sandwich)...but again, both sandwiches tasted good.
To drink we tried a couple of their cocktails and while tasty and unique they were very speedy, $16 is far too much to charge for them...the price definitely prevented me from having another, and when we go back to have dinner...we probably will skip drinks (not worth $32 for two people.) Don't get me wrong, we aren't cheap people, we just want a good value...the drinks aren't that.
Our server was great! He was friendly, helpful, and there when we needed him. Couldn't have asked for more from him.
We did also have a hot appetizer. I forget the name of it now, it was $9 for 2, deep fried rolls (like egg rolls of a sort but with Philly dough and filled differently), these were very good...I could have eaten several, I wish I remembered what they were, but they are last on the list of hot appetizers so you can find them.
I had the VT striploin at this Turkish restaurant in Vermont and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well presented. The sides were fresh and complemented the steak really well.
I also want to give special thanks to our server, Ege, who is Turkish. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very descriptive when explaining the menu, which made the experience even better. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out.
Great food and excellent service — I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

We were really excited to eat Turkish food since we had eaten it many times in the past and have a lot of Turkish friends. I ordered the tenderloin kebab medium rare and we were disappointed when we received meat that smelled bad. When I cut it in the middle it was dark! It was obvious that the meat was not fresh because of the smell. We were disappointed especially for the price. The waiters were really nice to change my dish and did not complain.
The other dish I ordered was good! We are probably not going to go back though.

The restaurant is grossly overpriced. I would say that every meal is $5 more than it should be. I ordered a spiced chicken wrap. For $14 + tax + tip + credit card fee, I got a small sandwich that left me hungry. They even didn't put any accompaniment like a few pita chips on the plate. My partner had a mezza platter for 4 (it was barely enough for one) and a soup. After tax, tip and fees, it came to $35! For these prices, one expects to leave satisfied. Unfortunately, that didn't happen! I can confidently say that I ate there 2x (my first and my last).

Hello everyone, yesterday I went to Tuckerbox restaurant with my esteemed guests, and I wanted to share my experience with you. First of all, as a Turk, finding a Turkish restaurant in such a small city was very exciting for me. The atmosphere, authenticity, and aesthetic appearance I encountered when I entered reminded me of Cappadocia architecture. With my guests, we first ordered appetizers. We tried stuffed grape leaves, various mezes, and hot pastries. For the main course, we chose various kebabs and wine/cocktails. I tried the Beyti kebab; the portion was quite large, and most importantly, it was very delicious. We finished with complimentary baklava, and it felt like I was back in Turkey. After the meal, I met the restaurant owner, Mr. Vural, and saw how things are run behind the scenes, and that all the spices, dry goods, and deli products come from Turkey. Quality is not a coincidence; I would like to thank Mr. Vural and his team very much for hosting my guests and me so wonderfully. You should definitely visit if you have the chance!
