I don't write a lot of reviews, but I haven't stopped thinking about the ice cream from this spot for a week so I'd say it's deserving of one. The owner hand-packed a pint of chocolate with peanut butter chips for me to take home. It was the freshest, creamiest, and tastiest ice cream I have ever had, made with rich dark chocolate and cream from local farms. This is a must-stop for a sweet treat if you're in the area!
Has really good hard ice cream also creamers trying to stay open all year long. I hope so I love a good creemee
High quality homemade ice cream made on site. The owner really loves coming up with some of the flavors. The Maple Walnut is amazing; it has a genuine maple base and is filled with maple sugar walnuts. All the flavors are extremely good as well. The creemees we tried were Maple and Pumpkin Spice and were on par with those other well known places.
Delicious ice cream made on site. Generous scoops and a complete menu. They put a lot of effort into providing quality treats. There are two covered picnic tables outside, an indoor booth and tall counter seats. Also has a nice collection of vintage video games. The place is very clean.
Overall, the ice cream is very good. The chocolate and chocolate peanut butter is amazing. I really liked the flight of ice cream so I could try 4 different flavors. The maple creemees are delicious, as good as other highly rated locations. 4 stars because you don’t sell maple creemees every day. I would have taken a pint of chocolate home if that was also an option, please sell pints to go.
You want ice cream made on premises? You want ice cream flavored with strawberries and blueberries grown by the owner? This place is for you Gets my highest recommendation!
Good ice cream, good prices, cool concept. However, when I got a small vanilla creemee there, the cone was not filled. I wish I had taken a picture to better explain, but it looked more like a cone does with regular ice cream. Allllll cake cone, not a single drop of creemee, no final glorious bite. There's something really unsettling about having a dry mouth after eating a creemee. Definitely have hope though that with some time this could be a really cool spot!
Be sure to try the blueberry, it is amazing!
