China Moon Buffet

We stopped tonight for dinner at the Lyndon Buffet, which is now under new management. They have a really nice location, plenty of parking and with a nice interior with plenty of seating. The food was really good with a lot of variety and several new dishes. I highly recommend you give them a try when in the area.

This is a restaurant I've been by numerous times but never stopped only because it's kind of obscure. I stopped because a friend wanted "Chinese food" and I'm glad we did. I've returned several times since. There is a wide variety of food choices; most very familiar and some more unusual. Was after 8 pm in Lyndonville, choices were limited. I decided to try the Buffet. It's clean, the waitress was quick and attentive. There was a very good variety of items. I picked a sampling of a number of them. Much to my dismay, there were at least 3 or 4 items that were less than warm, one or two of them almost completely cold.
