We went with 4 of our Friends (Couples) for 2 nights for our Anniversary and Birthday of our other friend. We had an amazing time at The Palmer House Resort in Vermont. Loved the time at Breakfast, Golf, Pool, Fire Place. The rooms, Beds, Furniture, Pillows were very comfortable. The staff is very courteous, front desk 5 star.*****
The Palmer House Resort is centrally located close to many area attractions in Manchester, and the staff is friendly. There are different accommodations including motel rooms, rooms in historic buildings, and suites. This was a decent place but has definitely seen some better days. The place was convenient to Manchester Center, was quiet, the grounds were well enough kept, the room was clean and good sized, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. There's definitely room for improvement - the door to the outside was drafty and had a lot of space that should have some rubber foam weatherstripping, you could feel air come in and clearly see light through the door.
