Our waitress Suzanne was amazing. She was friendly and had great recommendations. The food was awesome. Well worth our hour drive 😊
Food was ok, kind of pricey, service was slow. One guy seemed to be waiting all the tables. One girl was just walking around refilling water. House margaritas were weak. Would not go back.
If you're looking for a great dinner experience in the Manchester Center VT area, I highly recommend Gringo Jack's. Great location, right on Main Street. The best Margaritas and the best Fajitas I have ever had!

Gringo Jack's is a restaurant known for its good food and great service. The building is unique, both inside and out, making it a worthy visit even just for the interior. The atmosphere is nice, great for get-togethers, and wonderful. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including chicken fajitas and a veg trio. Staff are kind to children, and it's a good spot for drinks with a kid-friendly environment. The Quinoa Avocado salad is amazing, and the guacamole is excellent and top-notch. Pork tacos were simple but well-made, with nice thick, soft corn tortillas, ample topping vegetables, and juicy pork. Seasonal special squash mole enchiladas were excellent, spicy, and with a variety of filling. The flan was forgettable. Some dishes have been described as tasting like franchise food, not authentic at all, and bland, so trying a few options might be necessary to find the best fit. Overall, Gringo Jack's is a solid choice for a casual dining experience with good service.
