Wonderful historical place, unique atmosphere, very good food, great service!
great food. starting with the fantastic cranberry fritters with maple butter. onion soup with 1790 ale was great. baked brie with walnuts and maple butter was so so, last time the brie with almonds and honey was great.
main course was roast duck flambe and mywas unbelievable. skin was crispy and the layer of fat below the skin was cooked away. absolutely perfect. meat was tender and moist. couldn't get it any better. staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. great dinner.

The food here was so delicious and the setting is quaint and pretty. I had a vegan dish and it was delicious. Those fritters are special. My family members enjoyed their dishes greatly.
