About Mari’s Ecuadorian Flavor

Mari’s Ecuadorian Flavor is a clean and inviting place to eat. The small restaurant has a lot of decoration about Ecuador on its walls, which is nice to see. The service is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, with unique flavors and enormous plates, so consider sharing. The coffee is perfect, and the homemade hot sauce is loved. The pico de gallo is still dreamed of. Splurge and add the pork. The weekend special fried tilapia is soooo good, and the fresh made bread is a must try. The empanadas with beef stew and the bread are especially recommended, and the ceviche is also super good. The tripe stew and secos are all great. The motepillo as an appetizer, moros de lenteja with any protein of your choice, and the shrimp fried rice are highly recommended. The flavor of the food takes you immediately back to childhood. The restaurant is run by an Ecuadorian mother and son duo, and the chef is from Quito, Ecuador, so he is very familiar with the cuisine and flavors. It is definitely a hidden gem and worth going to.

Unreal! Such unique flavors. Plates are enormous so consider sharing. Coffee was perfect! Loved the homemade hot sauce. And I'm still dreaming of the pico de gallo. Definitely splurge and add the pork! If you like real flavor and true ethnic food go eat here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great, hearty food for brunch. We were able to get a good outside table with our dog as well. We will definitely be back!
This is definitely a hidden gem! I don’t expect an “exotic” cuisine in Vermont but based on its menu. This place seems to serve very authentic and unique Ecuadorian food. Everything we ordered was very tasty and i especially recommend their empanadas with beef stew and their bread. The ceviche was also super good.
