I never expected great barbecue in the middle of the Green Mountains. The brisket was superb and I have had brisket from Franklin’s in Austin, TX. I prefer Pearl’s. They have a large selection of bourbons and they make a great Old Fashioned. Our server Betty was wonderful and she made a great presentation of the Bacon Clothesline. We will probably make the 3-1/2 hour trip just for the brisket.
We’ve been meaning to go all Summer but finally checked it out this weekend and everything was so delicious! Kiddo’s first time eating fried chicken and she loved it. We got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, ribs, and brisket with fixins’ and everything was delicious!
Can’t believe we waited this long and will absolutely be back soon! 🤤
Excellent barbecue! I had the brisket and smoked Turkey plate. Both were delicious! Turning out good brisket is no easy task. I say this as a retired barbecue restaurant and catering owner. Portions were very generous. We will be back!
