Food is out of this world fantastic! We had the Grilled Pork Chop, and the Switchback Ale Braised Short Ribs. We were cared for by Terri, Josh, Michelle, and Matt. Wonderful dining experience, highly recommend this gem!
We visited this restaurant for the second time and vow to always try and stop by here for dinner whenever we are in the area. This time, we were slightly disappointed in the food. We had the cheddar ale soup but the ale flavor was a little too overpowering. We ordered the lamb shank could have been more flavorful and the couscous was too watery. The cod was delicious. Wish they had a few more dessert options. We will still be coming back only because we still love everything about...
We enjoyed our stay here in this lovely inn. Beautiful spacious well-appointed room with comfy bed and large luxurious bathroom. Breakfast basket was tasty but a little odd. Only one choice of hot beverage but I like tea and my husband needs coffee so we had to compromise (I lost!) Just a minor quibble in an otherwise delightful stay. Special shout out to Richard who was very welcoming.
