Waited 20 minutes only 2 customers at drive through and me inside. Didn't acknowledge me for the first 10min then said they were out of lattes and bagels. They then only took care of drive through customers while they ignored the inside customers.

All of the employees were talking about their spouses and marital lives very loudly in the lobby of this location. It is an open kitchen and everyone coming in and out could hear their conversation whether it was about cheating or what they would do if they weren’t in a relationship. It was very discomforting to try and order food while they were having this discussion. On top of that, when I did order, the machine used to make food was broken and half the employees just laughed and walked away when I ordered. There was one who I did not get a name from that was very professional and was very attentive in explaining the lack of food.

Drive thru is always at least 20+ minutes. Don’t order online cause there’s above 50% chance you won’t get your food at all and you’ll have to reach out to customer service for a refund. You can’t park to go in because the drive thru line blocks the parking lot. Have been almost hit many times by people trying to pull out of the parking lot while the people in the drive thru line struggle to move out of the way. Finally gave up on this place, would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the New Haven location. They need to shut down until they can figure out the staffing situation. Why is McDonalds in Midd so well staffed and this Dunkin’s can’t find anyone to work other than Superhero Stephen who is the only good thing about this location. Promote him and replace the rest.

trust these other reviews and go anywhere but the middlebury dunkin. expect to wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru even if you ordered online. i placed a $30 order on the app and when i finally got to the window they told me they didn’t get it. did not attempt to refund me. i had to reach out to dunkin customer service, who told me they would reach out to this location. never heard from them again. goodbye to my $30 and my sanity. save yourself and go to the new haven location

went into get a boston cream donut and small iced coffee this morning two ladies at the front end, the one doing coffees said be with you in a moment the other one looked, but never helped me the gentleman running. The drive-through came over took my order gave me my donut a Boston cream, which sucked and said someone would help with the coffee. A small iced coffee stood there for 10. the short girl with dark hair got her donut and drink the other girl didn’t even offer to help me i left the store with the worst donut i have ever had and no coffee which i paid for they didn’t have gloves on when handling the food this place is a joke and they hire lazy people

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place truly needs a full reset especially on staff.. waited 40+ minutes for food that looked thrown together and barely cooked. Staff is disrespectful and didn’t even apologize for the wait, I waited over 20 minutes to order and then almost 30 at the window. Staff sat there talking to each other, should have taken the chance and left before paying.after giving my card to pay the worker stood there and talked, even opened the window to hand it back and continued talking to the point the window closed, had to ask for my card back. Beyond unprofessional and rude. Bacon on the sandwich is uncooked/all fat.. disgusting. The donuts tasted stale and were hard. Save yourself the time and money and go to the New Haven Dunkin or go somewhere local, I’m sure it will taste and look better.
