Listen, I am here daily. Literally. Great coffee, lots of tasty treats, sweet and savory buns, cookies, cake treats,breakfast sandwiches and lunch that changes on the daily. All fantastic. Best of all, the folks who work there. Bryce, Skylar, Tim, Chloe in the front are a delight. Haymaker does not disappoint.Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free and vegetarian options at times.
The story goes, it was our first time there, they were quite busy and something happened to our tickets taking much longer (too long) for us to be served, but when we were the food was piping hot and delicious. Talk about redeeming. I had the wild mushroom kale ruben, it was phenomenal, unreal, and my colleague had the burger which she said was one of the best she has eaten in Vermont, along with her fries, they were perfect. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. Their somewhat unique brioche dough is used in several items and quite nice. Very buttery for sure, but great texture. Seating inside and out is comfortable, and hard to complain about being riverside on a nice day. Only complaint was the Cappuccino not being a real one- more like a Latte.
