Every time I make a Mobil order it gets messed up somehow. Highly don't recommend ordering for pickup. Go inside and make sure they do it properly. I'm sorry but 1 star.

Every time I get sandwiches there at night and Josh is working, our sandwiches are always wrong. This last time I literally had to tell him how to make our sandwiches (we ordered online, so it comes with literal instructions). He also tried to send us away without our footlong cookie we ordered. The app said our food would be ready by 5:55pm, I didn’t walk out until 6:20. He worked very slow and was still messing up our food. Very poor service and clearly very poor training. As a former employee of this franchise I am highly disappointed in the service I just received.
We walked into this subway around 3:30pm on Thursday afternoon. Traveling across the state we thought it would be a good stop. 3 employees stood by the cash register talking amongst themselves... the saw us but kept talking. It was super cold inside so my husband and I were discussing about eating intended car. We probably waited what seemed like 5 min. And then decided to leave. As we get to the exit we hear "oh wait we can make you sandwiches" we left. I hope this store can survive that low level of service.

Not worth the money anymore. $25 for 2 subs that one had almost no meat and very little veggies. Plus when I ordered they forgot my lettus so it looked more like just a grinder roll and not a sanwhich. Very disappointed ?

The store is never open and when it is you get bare minimum service and a mostly empty sandwich surrounded by a disgusting lobby and employees who look like they don't practice ANY type of hygiene.

for 13$ you can have a vegan with stickers on his face make you a sandwich with 3 total slices of meat. What an absolute disgrace

Came it at 6:45, there was only one person working at dinner time. The service was very slow, out of several vegetable options, no ice and several fountain sodas were not available. The soda options that were available were flat and warm. Not the kind of experience you would hope for for a $30 subway trip.

Don’t order online from this location! The two workers showed little concern for completing our order in a timely manner. The online ordering system indicated our order would be ready for pickup at 1:10pm. We arrived at 1:15 and were told we would have to wait. Then, after ten minutes of waiting we were told we had to wait in line—behind customers who had arrived TEN MINUTES AFTER WE DID! While waiting in line one worker was standing behind the register tapping on the register doing NOTHING but talking about how he once was able to serve an entire 20 person bus load of customers in ten minutes…that was at the 20 minute mark for our order! Still no food. We were told, “sorry we can’t do anything about the policy, you have to just wait in line.” Keep in mind, we have watched as 7 other customers entered the store, were served, paid for their food and left before our online order (which we already paid for) was even given any attention. We placed the order online at 12:53pm, told by the online system that it would be ready for pickup at 1:10pm. We did not walk out of the store until 1:45pm! The two workers were the slowest, LAZIEST workers we have had to deal with at this location. Never order online from this location.

Blaze was amazing. Made my sub with a smile and a great attitude. Helped me with sauce decision and my sub was delicious. Was originally planning on going somewhere else to eat but other places were closed and I am so glad they were. I thoroughly enjoyed eating there.
