Fire on the Mountain serves really good, delicious, tasty and flavorful wood fired pizza. It is basically a food truck, not a fancy restaurant, with take out only on weekend evenings. The pizza is hand made in front of you and there is something unique about sitting outside at the picnic table enjoying a pizza just pulled out of the fire. Options like the meat lovers are amazing. It is a nice option when visiting Jay Peak, worth the drive and worth catching. The staff is friendly and awesome. While not cheap, the quality is worth it.
