This is absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning. To start, ALL of you need a new job. It’s clear you hate it, along with your life. Ordered a medium frozen chocolate with NO whipped cream NO chocolate drizzle. Rude lady pops out of the window and just says, “Do you want me to fix it?” so it’s obviously returned. Gives it back and gets called out because all they did was dump it into another cup and make a horrid attempt to rid the drizzle, which was still all over the cup and now the drink had depleted. After being called out she admits to just dumping it back in the cup and ASKS if we want it re-made? Said no and left. Absolutely horrible.

To start I often go to this dunkin and this is the worst situation so far... maybe its because of it being only teenagers in there this time or not but... It was bad enough that they forgot the bacon for the loaded hash browns but when I called they said I could bring it back to have them had bacon (which didn't exactly have time for but made it work) When I got there 4 people were walking back and forth behind the counter doing nothing but trying to ignore my presence (or so it felt) The girl who did acknowledge me finished the coffee she made and took my partially ate food into their work area... added snackin bacon instead of normal which turned out disgusting 🤢 Though I didn't find out about the snacking bacon till after I left...

It would be a lot better if it wasn't for their snoody drive up guy. He's pretty rude every time, but last time he handed my iced coffee out the window dripping, handed me a wadded up handful of napkins and refused to take them after I finished doing his job for him.

So Flippin sad rn 😭💔 I USED 500 POINT for a fricken COLD FOAM drink. They gave me a dollop of whipped cream😞🤚. NO COLD FOAM 💔💔. Of course I know that this is no big deal, but let me grieve 😖 whipped cream???? Naurrrrrr that is not the same thing. Whoever that girl was, please look at the orderes next time 😢 I wanted my cold foam...and I just wasted 500 points 😒

Recently came here for lunch and coffee. As usual, DD is great food and ok service. Food was fresh and good. Highly recommended.
