The menu is good, our food was tasty. For a restaurant that has been able to hone its menu over several decades, though, I was surprised that I was not blown away. The Arancini was our favorite part of our experience. Order the specials for a nice treat. We had a pizza, a pasta dish, and a chicken special. Each of us enjoyed our dish, but not enough to ask for a to go box. The interior tends to get very lively (loud) as it fills up in the evening, so plan for or around that.
Very good, legitimate, Italian in downtown Montpelier. The Italians who immigrated to work Barre’s granite quarries, left more than just their last names in Vermont. They left a good piece of their Italian heritage that still enriches Montpelier.

Today I fl celebrated my 50th birthday at my favorite restaurant in Vermont. Been lucky to have been eating fabulous meals at Sarducci’s since first visiting our family on a first trip to Montpelier.
