They're really getting on my last nerve here. I went in this morning explaining I was waiting for an order. One coffee, two hash towns that's it. Stood a start shoving bags to me saying they're mine and trying to hand them over, I said twice "those are not mine" and she kept trying to hand them over. Stopped in for quick coffee. My order was taken quickly, but it took a long time to make a regular coffee and the iced espresso on feature. They made 3 customers orders that arrived after us and one online order as we waited. It became apparent they were regulars so they received prompt service. Trying to leave was another long wait, made the mistake of parking in the front parking space when trying to exit I was blocked in by the drive through line for a while. It was empty...
