Vegetarian options: We always have a vegetarian in our mixed order. We have often requested a meat dish without and even a vegetarian without the usual tofu and they always oblige. If you remove meat or tofu, more eggs are added. Always happy with my order!

Pho Thai Express is always delicious. Do not let the modest storefront and seating deter you. Everything is expertly prepared, fresh and full of good flavor. They are my favorite place to get authentic Pad Thai.
Today we had the Pad See Ew - perfect amount of sauce to chewy noodles coated in crispy fried garlic and mixed with generous portions of vegetables and chicken.
The owners are always kind and thoughtful. The boba tea is the best. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I love this place! Sam and his wife are fantastic. I only have one comment: Please update your hours online. There is a break between the afternoon and evening shift but the hours suggest that Pho Thai Express is open without a break and until 7 PM.
Hands down the best food I've had in awhile, of any type! You can taste the freshness and the care taken preparing the dishes. Considering this was my first time here I sincerely would have been happy if it were half as good, so surprised and impressed. The owner was our server and so so welcoming. I can't believe the place wasn't packed. I will be back until I've tried the entire menu. 5 giant stars!!!
