I’m sure it is good, but it seems to be closed, even though sign says “open” and it is between 11:30 and 7:30. It is now 2:10 and they are closed. Why?

Fresh, tasty and authentic thai food. Will definitely give it another chance if I visit Montpelier again.

I ordered mango sticky rice. While the mango was good and fresh, the sticky rice you could hear them heating it up in the microwave. It was not good.

I didn't eat here because it smelled so bad. I have no clue how people stand it to work there or eat there. Putrid is the only word I can come up with. Please do yourself a favor and go to Wilaiwans instead.

The other options in the area are good, but if Pho Thai Express is open, that's where I'm going, because it's the best. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, the portion sizes are great. Definitely stop in if you're looking in the area, I regularly drive into town just to get takeout from here. Try the Crab Rangoon and Beef Fried Rice!

Excellent food and kind business owners. Ramen, pad Thai, massaman curry, crispy crab Rangoon, peanut chicken with broccoli, pho, Thai iced tea, mango sticky rice… ALL incredible flavor and great value! Must Try!

Absolutely phenomenal. I tried the crab Rangoon, the Pad Thai, mango sticky rice, and of course the Thai iced tea. Every single item was different and differently delicious than any I have had before. The Pad Thai was a stand-out among stand-outs. And it's a gluten-free version! Best food in Montpelier by a mile. Almost all the other retardant are so extremely overrated as the only places in town. This place is worth a drive to visit. Spectacular. Would give it 10 out of 10 if I could.

Some of the most flavorful Pad Thai I’ve ever had! Very nice service.

Good food. I ordered takeout last week - I ordered the orange chicken sweet & sour and 2 Pad Thai w/beef. Heard many good things about this place from friends and coworkers so decided to give it a try for lunch and am pleased to say that they make the best pad Thai in Vermont arguably. Highly recommend it.

The owners are nice and went out of his way to offer me water as I waited.

The chicken Pad Thai was perfectly balanced—savory, slightly sweet, and packed with fresh ingredients. The noodles had the right chew, and the peanut crunch added great texture. The Drunken Noodles with beef were just as impressive, with tender meat, bold spice, and a rich, flavorful sauce that clung to every bite. Both dishes were fresh, well-seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. Highly recommend!

Pho Thai Express does such a good job with their dishes. I love the Tom Kha and Pho Thai soups, the pho broth is great.

Smells sooo sooo bad inside. Like a burnt oil and fish sauce.

I've tried Thai restaurants all over the country, and this place makes the best Thai noodles I've ever had. I wish I could cook like this. Subtle flavors, perfect noodles, large portions. And the owner always makes my family feel welcome. I love this place!
