Upstairs salsa spot brings so much. I heard many people express how special it felt to witness the salsa scene bringing life and intricacy to Montpelier. I've always wanted to try Hugo's because the restaurant selection in Montpelier leads a lot to be desired. And, I think I've tried them all at one time or another. Usually when we go out to dinner we drive to Stowe or Waterbury where there are numerous restaurants much better than Montpelier's supposed #1.
