My wife had been wanting to try The Skinny Pancake in Montpelier for a while, and I'm so glad we finally did, it absolutely lived up to the hype!
From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy, laid-back Vermont vibe that made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to answer questions about the menu.

Pesto chicken crepe was good. Also got a salad that literally was rotting and so they got us another one, pretty friendly workers. It was also quite expensive for crepes. Crepes are really cheap to make and it’s at least ten dollars for one here.

The crepes are like none other, I'd recommend the Nutella filled one (Choco nutty, I think it's called). The fries are great, I get them every time I go there no matter what else I'm eating.
My only issue with the place is the prices. It's VERY expensive, typically around $15-25 per person.
