10/10. Fast friendly service, and some of the best pastry I’ve had outside of Paris and Montreal. These guys are the real deal! Clean open space, busy but not crowded.
Loved their buttery croissant!!! Will need to try other drinks next time.

Bohemian Bakery is a lively and friendly spot with a bright, open space. The counter staff is always great, and the atmosphere is bohemian, with a selection of delicious pastries and amazing coffee. The bakery offers well-made kouign aman, with delicate dough, a sweet center, and a perfect crunch on the outside, satisfying a long-standing quest to find such a treat in the States. Their croissants are to die for, and the thyme and gruyere danish is highly recommended. The location on Main Street makes parking easy, and the prices are surprisingly moderate. Customers enjoy sitting at the large window overlooking Main Street, sipping coffee, and taking photographs. The service is friendly with a smile, and the overall experience makes it a highly recommended visit. Despite the sometimes hurried management, the bakery remains a great place for a quick stop, especially for parents, with simple decor and basic tables. The quality of the coffee and the friendly staff make it a special spot in a beautiful town.
