The best pizza dough I've ever used. The whole wheat dough rolls extremely well (even when preparing a thin base) and doesn't overpower the taste of the finished product. The challah bread is light and airy and the dinner rolls are perfect. The maple walnut bread is great for toasting. The standard sliced bread is well made but not to my taste. My God help me. So wonderful fresh warm bread. The lady working there was so nice. She did explain everything to me.Ps. While i was there i sawThe lady in picture did treat the elderly gentleman with disability with 10 star customer service along with free bread.
