“While on a bus tour of Vermont, we stopped here for a pre-planned dinner. When we arrived, we were immediately seated. The waitstaff got our drinks and directed us to the buffet. There was tossed salad, roast beef, turkey & dressing, gravy, rolls, and lots of side dishes. We were offered various desserts like cake, pie, and puddings. There wasn't a lot of staff, but they were very efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Absolutely amazing, if I could give more stars I would. I've traveled and mushroom and Swiss burger was easily top 5 ever. The apps I got was large stuffed tots with peppers and whatever the sauce was fantastic. Perfect balance of happy and healthy food. Would absolutely recommend and will be back soon. Great job“

“My friend and I stopped here the day before the eclipse. Both of us had Tavern Burgers with fries. The waiter (Mike) said he couldn't get mine rare, but it came less than medium rare and I was pleased. My friend also enjoyed hers, which was medium rare (as she requested). The fries were crisp on the outside and tasty. Service was fast and pleasant. Casual atmosphere with TVs set to sporting events and a gameroom. I'd go back if I were in the area.“

“Their food was amazing, we started out with the stuffed mushrooms, and then I got the seafood stew (the scallops in it were perfect!) and my daughter had a cajun burger. The seafood stew came with a trip to their salad bar which was fully stocked and also has; potato, pasta, and bean salads. The burger came out on toasted bread, which not too long into my daughter just took the burger off of. She likes hers medium rare which she said was cooked perfectly just wasn't a fan of how soggy the bread got from it. Everything was super flavorful. I did not take pictures of the food but did manage to take pictures of the menu. Would highly recommend especially since they have so many comfort food options to choose from.“
