Family stopped by for an early dinner. We got poutine fries, a tavern burger, and a cheese steak. Food was hot and delicious. The tavern had a great local/hometown atmosphere. This is where many locals spend their time for drinks, food, and good company. Will definitely be joining in more
We are honeymooning in town and decided to stop for a quick bite to eat. We loved the atmosphere, country, rustic, tavern. We were greeted as soon as we sat down. Our drinks came right away. I ordered the crab Rangoon, Wisconsin cheese curds, and the Maple Jack chicken tenders. Even though the ragoons were out I got the duck wontons. My husband got the apple pulled pork sandwich. Discovered this while while taking a drive. Large parking lot was almost coifull when we stopped for lunch. BLT was perfect. Tasty bread. Nothing overpowered any other component. The chicken Cordon Blu special was cooked perfectly. The chicken was moist.
