This store is unique and a lot of fun to shop in. They offer a wide variety of flours, spices, cooking tools, small appliances, and containers. They also have many premixed items, such as their donut, bread, and cake mixes. I love their kitchen towels; they're the only ones I'll buy because they hold up so well. Be sure to visit their café for a treat, a cup of coffee, or a homemade sandwich. You can also take a class there to learn how to make bread and other specialties. I promise you won't leave empty-handed!

We were there for three days of cookie camp, so ate there several times. Bread and baking is their specialty.

I came here with my wife. It was hey 2nd visit and my first. As i walked in I could tell right of that it is a high- end place, meaning great design and materials used to build it, and every product is nicely displayed. The even have a bakery, it would have been wrong if that didn't. It's bright and the whole atmosphere is fun. Of course we didn't leave empty handed after spending around $120...I could have done without that, but my wife is happy so it was worth it. There is plenty of parking and it's handicapped accessable.

They no longer really have much in the way of sandwiches or lunch food (just pastries, which admittedly are very good) and it’s gotten so crowded. Where did all these people come from?!?! I used to like to stop by after picking up supplies from Fogg’s but can’t hardly get a simple cup of coffee and scone anymore.

I absolutely love this brand. Not only do they make incredible baking products, but their cafe/bakery/store in Norwich Vermont is amazing! Fresh baked bread and treats, sandwiches, perfect lattes! In the store, they carry ready to make bakery mixes, kitchen utensils, and small appliances. One stop shopping, Love It! I got the country turkey sandwich, which was delicious! Vanilla frosted cupcake, delicious as well. A pumpkin spice latte with marshmallow whipped cream, loved it. And a vanilla cheesecake with boiled cider caramel, wow! My sugar requirements for the week were achieved in one meal, and I have zero regrets, worth it!

I drove 2 hours with a friend to visit King Arthur's. The facility itself is amazing. We decided to grab a sandwich before shopping. I thought everything would be homemade but I was wrong. The sandwiches are pre-made from god knows where. That was a big disappointment. We walked around and shopped. Certain things were a little pricey but that's to be expected. I bought a few treats for home. I bought a apple strudel for my husband and when he tried it he said it was terrible. I tried it and it was so tart. There was no sweetness to it at all. I bought rolls and a baguette. Unfortunately the bread didn't have a lot of flavor. King Arthur needs to up their game and give consumers the quality of food they portray. Needs a lot of love.

Weekends the line is out the door and weekdays it remains over 2o minutes in cue to place An order. They should have added more cashiers a LONG time ago. Mediocrity lives here which is odd cause the brand is actually pretty on point.

Helpful staff and great flour selection. The place is a hidden gem if you're in the dating pool and in the market for silver foxes.

Very clean, great atmosphere! Horrible food at the Cafe. Great pastries and bread!

Years ago I recall they actually made fresh food... now it's all premade in a fridge... identical to grab and go at an airport. Very disappointing.

The price of goods is also a bit bloated but... can't knock em as people buy it... just calling it out.

I give them a 1 star for the horrible cafe food from a fridge. They make a big deal about being this top shot bakery ... all is fair.

The bakery here is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The epi baguette was incredible. The hamburger buns were the best I’ve had. The apple pie was rich and flavorful while also being light and flaky.
