If you are a baker, an eater of baked goods or are just baking curious, this is the place for you. There isn't anything they don't have, plus there's a cafeteria to indulge there in their tasty treats. Worth a stop 100%

Great store for bakers. I had the most delicious cinnamon roll. We stopped there on a bus trip. They even had gluten free mixes.
Very beautifully kept store. Great presentation of products. I did quite a bit of shopping here.
We use King Arthur ingredients and products so coming here with the family was a treat. This store is incredible.

Have purchased from them many times and raved about them to many people. Started to order something in early September from their September catalog but the price had increased on the website. Called to ask about the price change and was told that the catalogs are printed in advance and that prices often change. There was no offer to honor the published price. The October catalog arrived and it still showed the old price. I contacted customer service again and was told their price change policy is shown on page 56, which it is, written in THE smallest print shown anywhere in the catalog. I guess you are supposed to read everything written, cover to cover, before you place an order. There was no apology about any discrepancy but they did say that they value honesty, and that they respect their customers. I have had similar experiences with price discrepancies between listed and actual prices with other retailers. They have always honored the listed price. King Arthur pretends to be a very homey and friendly company. Don't be fooled, all they care about is getting your money and they do not respect you. There are many other places I can spend my money where I am treated with respect.

Fortunately this popped up when looking for
a place for a late lunch on our road trip
We stopped just after 3. The cafe closes at 4. What they don’t tell you, or remove from the menu board is they stop serving soup at 3 (doesn’t seem logical) and if they are out of something.
I had a ham sandwich- it was good. The bread is challenging when cold.
Broccoli slaw- good flavor but dry!
Cajun Shrimp sandwich- hubs really liked it.
Croissant was one of my favorites.
Chocolate chip cookie was bomb!
Citrus honey cookie was good
Chocolate cupcake- great frosting.
Vanilla cupcake- snoozefest and dry.
The shop on the side is great too!
Cute space and area, lots of seating inside and out

Awesome place if you're a local or a tourist, to stop by for lunch (eat outside if you're lucky!), pick up treats for a dinner party or gift, shop for essentials (or non). Banh mi sandwich, pastries, chocolate chip and almond cloud cookies were our favorites.

The menu is interesting, but there are not really any vegan options. The bread from the cafe is of course delicious. They have a good selection of drinks and premade options in the fridges. Lots of space to eat outside, so that is a plus. Service was very quick, easy, and friendly.
