My friend and I came up for a girl’s weekend and we loved it here! Comfy and cozy, and quiet too. The fireplace in the room was the icing on the cake! And they hand a wonderful breakfast buffet. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here!
should be a 4.5, hotel is great, old, good staff, clean, awesome location, next to a country store where you can buy everything AND the kitchen sink, including the exceptional Heady Topper beer that hotel staff gladly stored cold for me (no fridges in rooms), but I recommend skipping the very basic $15 pp continental breakfast that is not included (most other hotels include these days for these rates) to go to Hanover options or King Arthur bakery (short drive away) for better...
The food was delicious. There was some confusion about being able to sit outside with our dog. It turned out that dogs are not allowed on the patio, but there is a take-out spot where you can sit outside with your dog.
