The guy who was working at amatos today at 3pm 10/12/24 needs to be fired. He got mad at us about store policy when that's not our fault or something we could control. I don't know what his deal was but he was clearly having a rough day. Still no excuse and I won't be back.

I regularly visit Amatos and Maplefields store. everyone is always really friendly. The food is good and the place keeps good consistency for being inside of a gas station. Definitely recommend. I prefer The original Italian. Really good experience every time.

The food was delicious but the Manger is rude and doesn't seem to want to take orders over the phone. Couldn't get us a menu said there was not going to be any menus. We order out at least twice a week I can assure you we will not be ordering there as long as that manager is still there. Customer service is very important. We're very polite always give a tip and want to support our local businesses.
Manager was very rude . Yelling in the background at the women who was taking our order that we need to call an hr ahead. We called in at 11am picked up 12pm . He was yelling so loud we had to give her our order again. Then when order was picked up he came zooming in and wanted to know where we got a menu. We will not order there again. We always are curtious and leave a tip. The woman that took our order apologized that she couldn't hear. She was very nice on the phone and at pickup. Day before when I picked up he also was talking very loudly to the help demanding why there was a backup. They were doing the best they could . It was very busy.

Amatos gets one star because the manager was rude and abusive to his employee and customers. I was so embarrassed for the female employee that was working so hard to take our order while this manager yelled at her repeatedly. We order out a few times a week and love to support our local businesses, but Amatos will not be getting our business so long as that abusive man is allowed to be in charge of employees and allowed to treat customers with such distaste.
Decent food for a convenience store. I wanted some pasta when I parked my truck. Better than Pizza Hut pasta, that is for sure. One thing that I find strange is that the signs outside the store advertise pasta, but it is nowhere to be found on the in-store menu. However pasta is an option on the kiosk, so I orderer some ziti with meatballs and sausage on the kiosk.
Order a sandwich with mayo and mustard with no salt and pepper just had ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce, spinach on it they made it completely wrong with oil on it and slat and pepper no mayo or mustard it was gross

Gone there twice for sandwiches. Both experiences awful. First time the guy was touching papers and cans etc while he was waiting for my sandwich to grill. No gloves. Second time I ordered a Turkey sandwich, they gave me ham. Therr was hair in it and the tape they used also had a wad of hair stuck to it.
