Stopped in while traveling, excellent tasting food!
Decent food and good bar.
Our dinner here was fantastic! The wait staff was super friendly and attentive even while short staffed. Their rum drinks are very good as well. But the food was perfect. Simple food but cooked perfectly with great flavors and fresh fries. Would 100% come back if in the area again!

Based on the reviews, Prohibition Kitchen at St. Johnsbury Distillery is a Gastropub pub / speak easy style restaurant with cool decor and a warm, welcoming vibe. The atmosphere has a nice late night feel to it, perfect for a family of adults and teens or as a couple. Service is attentive, fast, and very friendly. The menu is impressive with upscale pub food. Food and menu was good, with solid wings with their delicious 50/50 sauce, a robust salad with steak tips, and jalapeno poppers and ghost pepper buffalo chicken wings as delicious appetizers. The Valentine’s special was a seven-course meal with beef, duck, lamb, and chicken, each cooked to perfection and completely gluten-free. For vegans, they have a few options that are just ok. A chocolate cake and glass of Nebbiolo rounded out the night. Large selection of hard liquor and spirits from the distillery, with a great bar tender slinging out fantastic cocktails.
