I just picked up my order, it was incorrect, called and they remade it, went again to pick it up, still wrong, called again and the employee said she made it right and hung up on me. Worst customer service EVER!!!

We went there today for pizza. The girl that was taking orders and making the pizza was very pleasant and worked hard to get everything done.the pizza was good (as dominos could be) the problem with this place is not enough staff! I've worked on a pizza place. We at least had two people on staff. Most times more! She tried her hardest and did well. The management is the problem! As we sat for an hour for our pizza I noticed.. how dirty the place was! The glass around the kitchen was splattered with food, there was pizza sauce on the ceiling and the front door was disgusting! This is not this girl's fault! She was busting her tail to get the food out. She couldn't possibly clean too! Time to stop being cheap and have more than one person on a shift! Not to mention it's not safe for her to be alone in that area! We saw some sketchy shit outside while we were there! Don't let this place go Domino's, because you are to cheap to hire more people! Also teach them how to clean and be presentable!

Order on the app. App said it was in the oven and then would be there shortly . An hour later it said in the oven again. I called and got someone whose answer was well we’re slammed and the apps wrong. 🤷🏻♂️. I asked how much longer and was told she had no idea. My order was a salad which are pre made and garlic twist's. They couldn’t tell me how long so I asked for my money back. Transferred to the manager who simply said ok you’re all set. There’s some great managing there! I will never order from them again.

I ordered for delivery, they forgot part of my order. I try to call and the phone rings once and goes silent. I then have to drive to the place cause no one answers and still get charged a $5.99 delivery fee. I get here and try to tell them what happened and they completely fckn ignore me. Completely ignorant and oblivious to anything around them. They both seen me but chose to ignore me. Should have the option to not give any stars

I tried give this place another going I stopped ordering for a while cuz of and incident that happened with a former employee that worked there but this place has just gotten worse last two times I’ve ordered from here for delivery I had to call for a refund because they never actually delivered my food, and this time that i ordered it took them almost an hour and a half to get my food to me it was lure warm and my loaded tots didn’t ever have the garlic sauce on them which is the whole reason I ordered them not to mention them forgetting the sauce on their loaded tots have been a frequent occurrence for me in the past 0 out of 10 would not recommend ordering from here

If I could give this place a zero I would. The food is disgusting. I’ve watched the manager smoke without washing her hands and then go continue to make food. I also witnessed a delivery driver pass another car over a double line in front of whites then continue to block a car into the parking lot as they were leaving. The car they blocked in was not even in the parking lot but leaving the parking lot by the welcome center. She put her car crooked blocking both lanes going in and out. The delivery car was a black sedan. I am very disappointed the management has never gotten better.

Ordered two pizzas. Neither had the garlic crust which is half the reason to go to Dominos. There were so many dough bubbles that several pieces of my pizza had cheese on less than half of the slice and even less of the bacon. I basically received dough. I understand places like this are busy, but that’s no reason to not include the aspects of the pizza that are paid for. Will not be returning to this location.

Every since the two African Americans brothers ( one with dreads)( and tall one with glasses) left that place has went down hill fast I saw the manger smoke them not wash her hands then make a pizza kinda wild. They really need to shut down or start finding better help.
