Last night I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I did not specify “no sauce” on the pizza like I normally do. It was delivered and I saw my error. Ann, the person who delivered the pizza offered to make it again and deliver it. She was kind and understanding. I appreciated the Wow factor of her correcting my mistake and was fast in the redelivery of the pizza. I will definitely choose Dominos in the future because of this awesome customer service. Thanks again, Ann!!

I used to work here I took a lot of pride when I did and I never ever wanted to give anybody anything I wouldn't eat myself lately the last few times I have eaten here my food has been absolutely disgusting today I just got some buffalo wings that literally looked like they had a buffalo drizzle only this is horrible quality and people who are doing this no better they've been working there for years I paid 50 bucks for two things of chicken and a thing a lava cakes and two sodas and I expect them to be edible nothing was edible very displeased this is why I choose Pizza Hut

Delivery driver (Tom) was great, cook/cashier (Bo) awful...really bombed my entire order... Close to no cheese on my pizza and no garlic butter on my garlic knots... For the money I payed I expected such a simple order to come correct

rude, made my pizza wrong, didn’t give me my sauce, knocked when i told the driver EXPLICITLY NOT TO. when i called the store, the lady tried arguing with me. i don’t care if you’re tired, your store is still open. do your job.

First time going to this location, our pizza was overcooked. Second time going, thinking maybe if we try a different time of night that it'll be better....ordered a chicken alfredo bread bowl and there was barely any pasta and barely any chicken. It was basically alfredo soup. Very disappointed and makes me not want to order from this dominos ever again :(
I frequently order from dominos I usually pre order online for later in the day that day. in this last year service and quality is improving every time. The young man making the food and who is sometimes my driver is always friendly, he's on time and my food is always hot and made with care. They recently hired a lady driver I've never had until last weekend but, I'm glad I did . She was friendly, on time and you could tell she was happy doing her thing. I've had issues in the past years ago with orders under done and mistakes made but, they are stepping up and I think it's important to acknowledge that. It doesn't have to be perfect to be good. I think the inside of the store could use a consistent once over and slowly improve the atmosphere for patrons. I have really enjoyed the pan pizza lately and the bread twists with 5 cheese dip was excellent and of my new favorites. Thank you all and keep gettin up!

Called after waiting over an hour for my order. Tried to call to cancel my delivery after 1 hour and a half. Was hung up on three times.

I just picked up my order, it was incorrect, called and they remade it, went again to pick it up, still wrong, called again and the employee said she made it right and hung up on me. Worst customer service EVER!!!
