Last night I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I did not specify “no sauce” on the pizza like I normally do. It was delivered and I saw my error. Ann, the person who delivered the pizza offered to make it again and deliver it. She was kind and understanding. I appreciated the Wow factor of her correcting my mistake and was fast in the redelivery of the pizza. I will definitely choose Dominos in the future because of this awesome customer service. I frequently order from dominos I usually pre order online for later in the day that day. in this last year service and quality is improving every time. The young man making the food and who is sometimes my driver is always friendly, he's on time and my food is always hot and made with care. The service is pretty bad but the food is okay, delivery is more convenient than other pizza places however going in always feels better the decor is a little corporate but much better than most national food chains
