I had the chicken tacos. The chicken seemed like unseasoned canned chicken out of a can and the produce was flavorless. Beans and rice..... lack of seasoning again and the rice seemed just like boxed bland yellow rice. I've eaten at Bueno Y Sano here and in Springfield mass a handful of times over a handful of years, and here the food just seems to be declining.

Interesting interpretation of I'm not entirely sure what cuisine. Register employee was short with me because I wasn't familiar with the menu and how to order instead of being helpful. Food was ok. But somewhat overpriced for what you receive

Two chicken tacos is basically a chicken wrap cut in half. No spice or sense of taco flavor. Tacos served cold because it's mostly lettuce and pico. Scant cubes of chicken could have been from a salad bar.

This is a bare bones little shop. The food is made fresh, mostly, and the folks were pretty quick for us. Quesadilla is very cheesy, the rice is seasoned well, and the chips are thick and crunchy.Better than most of the Mexican food options around the area.

There’s nowhere to get a good burrito in Vermont. Like nowhere at all. This spot is my only hope, but I am let down 90% of the time. Usually get the pulled pork with guacamole, which tastes half decent. But it’s the construction of the burrito that just kills the entire experience. The ingredients are so poorly dispersed. My first bite is a mouthful of pure guacamole. My next 12 bites are nothing but lettuce and beans. My final three bites, the very bottom of the burrito are where I finally get to the pork and a small amount of pico to Gallo. Whoever is training the burrito rollers needs to step it up and show the employees how to correctly roll a burrito. It’s not that hard and would make all the difference.

Although I wasn’t expecting much going into this place, I still managed to be disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.Firstly, they didn’t have carnitas on the menu and instead just provided generic pork which surprised me because I thought carnitas was a pretty basic baseline option for any sort of Mexican restaurant to serve but I guess not here.Secondly, when the food came out, I thought they gave me the wrong order because when I opened the bag, I saw roughly what’s in the image attached. If you couldn’t tell they were supposed to be tacos, I wouldn’t blame you, it fooled me too. I asked the staff if perhaps some sort of mixup had occurred but they (patiently and politely) reassured me that the dish before me was, in fact, two tacos, just with an “unconventional” twist.Slightly perturbed by the two prior dilemmas, I began to chow down and was annoyed to realize that the “tacos” were not in the least bit spicy! Bear in mind that I had explicitly ordered the “spicy” option (which is rare for me in most places) simply because I had already assumed that the “mild” or “medium” would be weak sauce in this establishment. I was truly amazed to learn that even the spicy option packed zero punch whatsoever. Listen, I am as White as they come and this “spice” failed to even register on my decidedly Anglo-Saxon tastebuds. I can only imagine a born-and-bred Mestizo attempting to enjoy this dish. The one upside of my experience here was that the service was friendly and I received my mediocre food quickly and efficiently. In closing, I would say that it might be more accurate to describe this place as a Mediterranean restaurant as opposed to Mexican, given the fact that my “tacos” more resembled a gyro if anything else. Maybe I’m being too harsh on a foreign food restaurant in Vermont but I figured every corner of the US would have Mexican food on lock at this point.P.S. Reading this review back, I’m not trying to make this a racial thing as I have had excellent Latin American cuisine that was cooked and prepared by other White people. I just hope this specific place tries a new approach and perhaps gets someone else in the kitchen.

I am in vermont due to my son having a TBI and spending 31 days in the hospital before transferring to a rehab facility. I was looking for something different to eat and decided to give this place a try.I paid 80 plus dollars for my order and was confused to see what I call a half of a taco being called a full taco. It wasn't much bigger than a soft taco from taco bell for $4.50. When I brought my confusion to the staff, the older gentleman was rude and stated "im not going to argue with you". Im sorry it was not clear that a half of a taco was considered a whole taco so I was confused.I also asked for my tacos to be "hot" and there was no hot sauce or spice on the tacos at all.I was less than impressed with my experience and will not be returning.
