Racist owners that do not provide a merit based employment opportunity. If you have a white sounding name, you’ll get an opportunity to have an interview with him but because you’re black, you’re not allowed to work there my evidence for this is I made two indeed accounts one for white name, one with a black name and they gave a white one and interview and they didn’t select the black one even though it was overqualified. I didn’t realize I hadn’t gotten my faster than light sample awhile back when I ordered. I received it recently and was surprised! Thank you kestrel team :)
