I ordered from Panera bread and the service was horrible, except for the manager Joe who listened and finally made it right! We often order from Panera, our main entrance is front door, clearly marked with a 100 over building, I put this in information in the details just in case. My food said delivered, I was outside waiting in front at main door, no driver, I finally called Panera who states they have a third party deliver, ok...... My local Panera in
Oneonta, NY, is wonderful meeting spot for coffee and lunch dates with friends. But the SOUTH BURLINGTON VT location is where my nephew works. He was hit by a truck on Thursday right in front of the cafe, and the first person to comfort him was Robin! She and ALL the staff at that location have done SO MUCH to help us get thru. We are amazed at how well the organization takes care of its staff. We are awestruck by the love.
What an amazing group of people!
Loved my tea and raspberry almond cookie!! Nice and relaxing.
