Disappointed by the lack of customer consideration.
The late-night menu is advertised to begin at 10 PM, yet when we called at 9:30 PM on a busy Saturday night, we were told only pizzas were available. This is misleading and frustrating. The posted information is not accurate, and unfortunately, it doesn’t reflect the needs of a busy harbour location where late-night dining options are expected. Not a bad place a all. The menu is smaller but accommodates most. I enjoyed the drinks, food, and dessert. I was visiting for the first time, I would recommend this place. The upper deck is live and full of laughter. If you're looking to have conversations, I wouldn't suggest the upper deck. The restroom were also clean.
We frequent the Jammer often! Tonight we went for my birthday. While the food was exceptional, our waitress was not pleasant. I was surprised as I know she is a veteran there and has been waitressing there for some time. Part of the dining experience is definitely the interaction with your waitress and for me to write this review, I was put off. Fortunately, the food was delicious !
