Very poor customer service and the owner is a rude a** that should own a business to tell a customer that he shouldn’t order something cuz your to far order is moor then 30 minutes later then what you order for and then told gonna be to me in 40 but an hour and a half later it shows up like what kind of service is that waffle fries over cooked and hard

They refuse to deliver hundreds of dollars of food 20 minutes away, I used to really like their food but it seems I can't have it anymore. There used to be a woman who worked there that was awesome and honest. Sometimes it took a couple hours to get food but I'm ok with that, the younger guy that answers the phone now just lost them a lifelong customer as I've tried calling every day for a week to get a no for food. So sad hopefully they can get some staff and become the establishment they used to be.

Food arrived cold & when removing the tin cover I cut my finger which an hour later is still bleeding when I called to report the issue I was told because I ordered online & Grubhub delivered there was nothingl they could do about it !! I did not know when I ordered that there was more then one way to receive delivery.. I was told after by a really rude manager of WOB that had I called WOB that their own staff would deliver & ONLY THEN they could remake it hot or refunded !! Poor poor customer service! I will not be ordering again!!!! And I will tell everyone I know about my bad experience! And word of mouth is a powerful thing!!

We dined in and couldn’t believe the food was cold. At least for me. I was going to complain but it was a moment of hunger and really had to eat. It tasted good but would’ve loved the meal hot or at least warm.

Great food but definitely don't get delivery. I always give clear directions for my apartment when I order take out but I've had two of their drivers yell at me because they left my food in the wrong place. One girl even banged on doors so loud that my neighbors were concerned. She then cursed me out when she finally did find my apartment. Definitely do not get delivery they've gotten progressively worse drivers. (This is coming from someone who is also in the service industry)
