Rude staff, no drink accommodations.
All of the workers were so sweet expect for the manager. As soon as i walked in the manager was screaming at the employees while they were just doing their job, she is so unprofessional and disgusting to her workers. Dunkin' is a restaurant where customers can get their necessary caffeine and food. The staff manages orders swiftly, allowing customers to get back on the road quickly. However, some customers have had issues with staff being yelled at by a manager, which can affect order accuracy, such as a wrong coffee order. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences, with order service, payment, and delivery going well, and receiving accurate orders like lemonade, a 10 count box of Munchkins, and a grilled cheese. Overall, Dunkin' can provide a good experience, with efficient service and tasty food.
