The bread is spectacular, the vegan cookies are great. Probably the best baguette Ive ever had in my life. Didn't even have to add anything, it was great by itself.
Veg panini was yummy, their sliced sandwich bread is excellent. The croissant was interesting, never had the texture or flavour before its not super buttery or crispy. It tastes good and has a nice chew i assume due to the sourdough. I don't like the strawverry cupcake as i feel the frosting is overwhipped and leaves a film in my mouth, the cake itself is very moist though. The vegan chocolate chip cookie is very good.
English muffins have a mild flavour and soft interior texture, closer to like a milk bread than a crumby dry english muffin you might be used to. Very yummy

I asked for a iced chocolate drink; which is chocolate milk and ice no coffee. but they gave me a iced coffee with chocolate syrup not even stirred in. how does one even mess up chocolate milk, like dude at least stir the syrup in. also when I tasted it i was already gone I left i was in the car, I didn't taste it till I left because I thought I could trust this place. it isn't even a bakery it's a Cafe

visited three times - purposely ignored each time. I like the croissants. I hate the seevice.
Ethiopian coffee beans aren't my taste but for those that enjoy that coffee I'm sure it's great.

I recently visited Boule Bakery, which is known for its extensive use of sourdough in everything they offer. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but I wouldn’t say it was the best I’ve had. The highlight of the visit was definitely the cardamom bun; it was exceptional and easily the standout item on the menu.
However, the ordering process left something to be desired. It was a bit confusing, leading to unnecessary foot traffic at the register, which made navigating the space a little frustrating. While I appreciated the creativity with sourdough, the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. I’d recommend trying the cardamom bun for sure, but the rest of the offerings didn’t wow me as much as I had hoped.

Great pastries and breakfast sandwiches! Get the sausage, egg and white cheddar breakfast sandwich. It comes on homemade English muffin. Light and fluffy with savory sausage and egg.

Not Queer Friendly, despite flying rainbow flags, at least not by the staff, at least not to out-of-towners. Maybe if you're from here this is the best bakery in the state, but if you're just passing thru and Queer and looking for a nice quiet place to be treated with respect, be safe & look elsewhere.

Bathroom had free pads and I had just ran out. My blessing that day. They make their own bread but the place does not smell like bread :(. Good tea!
Loved the vegan chocolate chip cookie. Such lovely employees. Really great place.

We needed a quick pick me up after visiting the Fairbanks Museum and stopped in. The staff was getting ready to close, but we're so gracious and made my wife a wonderful panini. I got a cappuccino. The peanut butter cookies and double chocolate brownies were fantastic. The museum and Boule's is a winning combination

Both the pastries and coffee are fantastic. Tried the blueberry lemon cream danish, cardamon bun, cinnamon bun, and chocolate almond croissant. All were fantastic, but the cardamon and cinnamon buns were standouts.
Beautifully layered, so buttery, and complex flavors (especially the citrus-y cardamon). Highly recommend a stop if in the area (and making a detour if you can - it's worth the drive!).
