This place is coming back STRONG with the new ownership. Course conditions are much improved and the food is very good. Highly recommend giving it a try
Wonderful golf course! You have to play this course if you haven't.
Super fun and challenging course. Unique layout that will challenge all golfers, not super long but demands accuracy and a number of forced carries. The course has improved dramatically this year. Greens are in excellent shape. Glad to see ownership is putting in the work to improve the course. Definitely worth playing if you're in the Northeast Kingdom.

The St Johnsbury Country Club offers a challenging and beautiful golf course, though its condition has been inconsistent. The course has "good bones" and a great layout, with stunning views, but has faced issues with overgrown greens, weeds in the tee boxes, and hard sand traps. The upkeep and maintenance of the course have been subpar at times, with dead spots on the greens and fairways. However, recent improvements have been noted, with the tee boxes and greens in much better shape during a recent visit. The course can be difficult to walk due to its hilly and long nature, and the lack of water refill stations on the back 9 can be an issue. Despite these challenges, the course has the potential to be a "gem" if the conditioning can be consistently maintained. The food at the club has also been praised.
