We come from Connecticut, I did stop by here for coffee some donuts etc, the girl at the register was very rude and did not ask if I wanted hot or cold coffee, so yes she did make.mistake and had to re make our coffees to hot. I was charged for ice coffees and was never even offered my change back, I had to tell her my self to not worry about it. Total was 3 employees and neither one had smile ore happy face.
Great coffee as usual
Ivory is the shining star at this Duncan location. I’ve never seen him with a frown on his face, he always is courteous and friendly. This guy works hard. Give him a raise or promotion!!
