I had the chicken Estelle and it was just okay. The sauce wasn’t great. the rice was good, but spicy. Others had the salmon which was good and the burger. It wasn’t fantastic, Just okay. But too expensive for just okay. The food also took over 40 minutes to come to the table.

We had a perfect dinner at the Bistro. Food was all excellent (especially the pork chop) and the patio atmosphere with live music, view of the mountains, flowers, and friendly cows across the street all made for a great evening.

We ate in the Bistro and had superb food and great service. The golden vegetable curry is incredibly tasty, perfect for vegetarians or carnivores who love tasty food ?While this might be a little way out of Stowe and off the mountain road it is well worth a visit!
