Great place. Good folks. The shuffleboard is a nice touch and fun.
We walked into the Roost after a disappointing experience at the Matahorn who botched our reservation. We were out to watch the Final Four and Ricky the bartender made it all happen for us. He was great. A true professional. He got the game going with volume on both TV’s over the bar. Got us going with excellent drinks paying attention to his craft for example chilling our glasses as he mixed our martinis. He hand stuffed olives with blue cheese.
